I never got one and im a K...and its a real sh---y bonus if they want to even call it that
I saw the Corporate Policies email where this was embedded. But I haven't gotten any email notifications or reminders. I am a level L and get a cr---y bonus every year. Is everyone really getting these reminders?
@2ytn+1dDBljks it is not fake news. Email reminders are sent every few days ... "This is a reminder to acknowledge the U.S. Notice Period Policy by midnight, November 18 to avoid forfeiting your eligibility to receive any discretionary compensation awards you would otherwise be eligible to receive, including for calendar year 2021". The Agreement is 10 pages.
This never happened. Never any notice to J and up. There are plenty of real issues to discuss without making up stupid rumors.
Layoff days are like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre from the 70s
if your new employer lets you work from home, then take the job, sign on to BNY every day and ignore it, and get paid for 30 days while working at your new job.
Even better if you're retiring...sign on whenever you wake up, then ignore. Repeat for 30 days or until they get tired of you not responding.
More like the movie Groundhog Day if you ask me. The same old nonsense over and over and over day after day after day!
Employees had until November 1 to agree in my reward. If you didn't complete the process then you have forfeited your incentive coming in February.
Why haven't I received this document? I was told J and up, but I'm a K and still nothing.
Nothing stops us from leaving now with no notice. Don’t sign the agreement and quit.
Level J and above
...only for level L and above.
