Core values are vital for the success of any company. What are the core values of SF right now? If you ask me, the leadership has completely lost sight of them. They no longer have any vision for the company or care about the future of this place.

Just because you got laid off, your feeling are hurt….
@2ysk is spot on. Big Dog 2.0. Only difference is we already laid off all the experienced folks that were loyal to the Company. We now reap what was sown in the last 10 years
Maybe those that challenge him are asked to retire. How many Chmn council exec “retired in the last few years?
@2ysk. This is also what happens when an accountant plays with numbers and hasn't a clue what the numbers reflect while being surrounded by a bunch of whimps who are afraid to challenge him. Lovely executive report card while taking his bonus. Robbery IMO.
The Company’s property and casualty group posted a net underwriting loss of $4.57 billion in the third quarter, an amount that was approximately $1 billion larger than any previous underwriting loss attributable to that group in a single quarter in at least the last 21 years. The group generated net underwriting losses of $3.22 billion in the second quarter of 2022 and $3.56 billion in the third quarter of 2021 amid inflationary pressures on the auto business and elevated catastrophe losses.
- This amount appears to rank as the largest net underwriting loss for any individual U.S. P&C insurer in any quarter in at least 21 years.
This is what happens when ceo is terrified of losing number one position out to prog and geico in the 100 yr anniversary. Underpriced auto to gain growth
Losing?
Live the life and earn the results. SF needs to make good people better by leading by example. Unfortunately, they are living the life without making good people better because leadership does not have good people in it. Their results are not earned.
Why should a company have core values when all they can hire are quiet quitters?
Live the life and earn the results.
Im not sure we have any "core values" anymore.
We can still pretend were a family company with values like legacy SF was, but that was sold off a while ago.
We basically do whatever the current thing is popular. Just like every other soulless company out there.
Kind of like the OP then….
The best way for me to describe SF core values is like some of the people in the Bible belt. They project an image of being good Christians and go to church all dressed up with their family. Then, first chance they get, they run around on their wife, do dr-gs, drink heavily etc. For some of them, it's all image with no foundation nor sense of responsibility.
Well, nobody asked you, so…..
