Is it just Membership or Billing too under CSBd IT? I was hearing it was more of the membership arm that was moving. I might be wrong.
@2xwh+1vTrrVy4 When people are rebadged, they are doing the same job but report to a different company outside of ELV. Think years ago we had internal IT support people who were rebadged to IBM/etc. Same job, but worse benefits/pay/etc. Saves the company money in payroll and benefits administration but su-ks for individuals.
What does it mean to rebadge someone? I’ve never heard this term before. Are these people actual EH employees or are they contractors?
It is a certainty and SLT +2 are working on a plan with a NDA.

The stock price is back to 2021 prices. They better sell this scud of a company while they can. After the events of last week, this industry is in trouble!
The “fake jobs” happen because managers hire them to work on pet projects outside of Elevance. So a manager won’t own up to getting rid of them, because that could backfire if it came out.
I do not believe IT is unable to cut anymore. There are many in IT that have fake jobs, they have no work. I can send a list of names to RAT if he needs them.
What a mess this company is. I'm glad I left last year.

It's already been happening. Look how many previous Anthem/Elevance IT employees are still on the e-mail system, but they now work for IBM or Kyndryl.

Talk about things getting worse. All of the fat is at the SVP level, and I can't stress this enough. With a targeted reduction at that level, they could easily save 20%. Rather, they will leave that level intact, transfer a number of directors and lower to outsourcing, and worsen IT. This illustrates even more how poor our leadership is.
Lots of room for cuts in IT. The org is way over staffed.
Business is asking for more cuts … IT is saying they can’t cut anymore … So solution is to “keep”, but rebadge so books look good. I don’t think it’s his preference … I think boss lady is stipulating what the cost of IT should be and he has to hit it.
