If everyone just boilerplats "confidental" on everything, does that mean nothing is confidential? You just know no one takes the time to think about it - therefore it's useless.
Should just default it to "confidental" and be done with it- and save us 3 clicks everytime we touch a document. SMH

Wonder if the award organizations and the boards Alla sits on knows about her management style and her ineptness. She berates people and sends out group emails berating people and is even racist . I would ban any organization she sits on.

It’s basically the same as setting your MS Teams status to “Busy” or “Do Not Disturb,” but people don’t pay attention because so many folks leave their status on red all the time.
