Come at me dudes. Show me what you got. We know that you are our to respond to negative input on Allstate by giving “thumbs down” or acting like happy Allstate employees. It is always obvious who you are…
But let’s get real. There is literally no facts that can be stated that indicate anything positive that is currently done for Allstate policy holders (raising rates, limiting coverage and trying to get them to accept low ball offers), employees (lying to their face in online meetings about layoffs, intentionally creating toxic environments to get them to leave, getting out of severance by transferring them to vendors where you KNOW that they are going to be laid off or terminated with nothing).
There is literally NOTHING positive about this corporation right now, NO positive thing that is related to this corporation right now,
Handlers, prove me wrong..not with BS while hiding who you are but with specific facts where this corporation contributes to anything positive…

Anyone who works for Allstate (or has a claim with Allstate), already is well aware of what they are…All the handlers in the world cannot change everything that you see every day……
Don’t buy the BS..
Going to a vendor is not a good thing. The leadership team at Allstate is already well aware and actually at high positions has already been told by the vendor that Allstate salaries are “cost prohibitive” to their budgetary plans. You will either need to take a large pay and benefit cut or you will be cut once moved to the vendor. Do not believe a word that you are told publicly or privately. They have NO shame.
I agree! Switching us to a vendor with no severence when they WILL lay us off in the future is cold. It's sick that they are pushing going to the vendor as a good thing. It's actually BETTER to get laid off by allstate with severence
