The toxic culture at Elevance has become unbearable. It’s all about punishment and fear, with favoritism making things worse. Employees are constantly walking on eggshells, knowing they’re at risk of being either targeted or overlooked. It’s an abusive environment where managers thrive on control and power, while the rest of us suffer.

@1rhq+1w4OvzYa Exactly. I have given up on actually caring about my job. I just go through motions and give minimal effort and am so much happier. I will be RIFd at some point so why care?
Remember, there is power in not caring. Something can only get to you if you're actually invested.
Not toxic at all. They just prefer to layoff people in the states and then hire a people offshore
