For the love of all things, every thread mentions DEI. DEI are not the ones rifing you. We'd have to be individual humans with diverse characteristics.
News flash. We are just admin expense. We're not people. We are numbers. There is no DEI for numbers. That's finance and the TO.
Know who the actual problem is and act accordingly.

I heard the RIFs would be Friday, 10/18 because of the Gail townhall on Thursday. Hearing this will be a large RIF.

i hung out with elv health HR member this weekend. I asked if they knew anything and they played d-mb, later confessed they helped file some paperwork confirming people let go. Thats all they told me
@2wph+1uXVrHQQ I am sorry, but I am concerned for you. How long is the meeting? Can you see if HR is included? Usually they BC HR. Speaking based on my experiences. I have been hit twice.

@2urr+1uXVrHQQ November hasn't been confirmed by anyone. In fact the one time it was brought up, it was refuted. I wouldn't say November is for sure.

10/17 is a fact and there will be another in November. I would get out of here as quick as you can...the ship is sinking. Too much DEI and reorgs to cover failures.
