With the amount of work we have to do due to unrealistic goals, I am so tired by Friday that I keep making mistakes throughout the entire day. I just can't concentrate and I keep falling behind. How do you folks deal with this? I'm worried that if I continue like this I'll be fired, not laid off.

I’m here doing research on unethical business practice.
Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought.What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.
@2tzt+1bwqoPVq then why are you here? Get lost
Lol- jokes on you, I don’t even work at Allstate. But, nice try. Bully.
@1kom+1bwqoPVq in not the one that's triggered... Sounds like I hit a nerve with the truth.
Lol- ad hominem- the last resort of true losers.
Dazzled by your solid, factual debate skills. Clearly you are an expert and we should all listen to your well
Informed opinion.
@ @1siv+1bwqoPVq. You are the head loser. Bite me you pa--y.
STFU yourself
Yep- workers are the losers, not good enough, not working themselves to death enough for their overlords. How inconsiderate! Folks could definitely improve their prostration and boot licking skills. Think HR will start implementing those classes in order to support ‘growth opportunities’?
STFU.
What a bunch of pasty-faced losers. Poor me, no one cares about me. Jeez; a bunch of worthless pieces of cr-p. What makes this company so poor is the endless stream of losers they keep employed
This is a layoff site and no one is taxing you with their bullsh&t- they are expressing their experience in an appropriate forum. No one asked for your opinion or feedback. Feel however you want, but no one gives a f$ck about your uselessly abusive take. If you don’t want to be bothered, don’t come here and read sh#t that triggers you. Model the personal responsibility you’re touting.
I thought working at home wouid be easy but with 2-3 times the workload , phone ringing like crazy with screaming customers. Agents and shops and long hours it’s crazy . It’s like working on a factory assembly line and suddenly they turn it up three times faster so you’re having to do a half *ss job running crazy to keep up and after a year of doing this it’s catching up to us. Sure it was easy the first few months but with half the adjusters laid off or quit it’s chaos. I work until 9-10pm
And weekends for fear they’ll fire me because of the new production goals implemented to force us to keep up with the increased claims volume . My team has lost 8 adjusters since February. But yeah, keep saying it’s easy without considering what we’re experiencing Tom’s mom.

@1gim+1bwqoPVq minimizing reality? Ha.
I'm just tired of hearing people doing the same job I am making it sound like they're working an oil rig or something actually taxing on the body and mind.
And then instead of doing something to better their situation, come on here to bi--h and moan for sympathy. That is weak as f. Go talk to a mental health professional and find a plan that works for you if you can't handle this desk job.
I don't get pleasure from watching other people suffer, I just don't put up with bu-----t when I see it. That is the biggest problem lately, we can't call people out for being lazy or pu----s, because we're "minimizing their reality"... Sorry to break it to you but there is one reality, and it's that this job isn't hard.

RE: ‘weak’ comment below-
If you try to minimize someone’s reality that you don’t even know bc you derive pleasure from being cruel, you’re a psychopath, period.
These real nasty replies on this thread are probably Tom Glenn and team. Obviously you’ve never really helped customers. Arrogant out of touch elitist. Buzz off
@hpk+1bwqoPVq ok tough guy.
If you get tried from working a desk job, you're mentally weak, period.
In response to the post @rlv+1bwqoPVq. Take that Allstate di-k outta your mouth. You insult OP for what reason, what a small man.
Perhaps you should consider a therapist if you can't handle your desk job
I noticed
