Teams cancelled last week monthly meeting to this week. Today, there is an email about MANDATORY Town Hall scheduled for tomorrow. Don't know if this is only for US S&L HHS, but teams that are part of this group have been postponing meetings from last week to this week, after tomorrow's Town Hall !
I am sure this is not to Wish everyone a Merry Christmas !!! or to announce across board 10% pay raise !!!
Current employees are screwed. Salaries are below competitive rates. New hires are making more than 90% of the existing HHS workforce. There are bonuses for hiring contractors. The best option is to quit and come back after the spinoff.
Merit bonus pool after April 2020. We've all heard that before. The company can't afford to review and raise salaries to market levels.
merit based program , don't we already have that with our review process? What about raises NOW, CSC / DXC had years of reviews. Look at the last midyear and the previous year and base pay raises on that performance!
No carrot in front of our noses for Fiscal year 2021 , thats BULL

@12xx55YF-1ief - unfortunately more like more WFR and moving more from US / UK / Europe to lower cost centres. There will be the usual business %^$$%%^ how we need to cut costs and jobs to improve our profit margins and share price.
Won't be much useful and firm promises on pay rises, improving peoples skills - just usual business %%$^%^

How in the hell is a merit based program going to help anyone in the HHS sector in 2021 if that part of the business is going to be sold off before then? Thanks, DXC.
Just got notification of the mandatory meeting. If i had to guess i think it might be more detail on what the future holds. In other words, who's buying the business or something like that..... We'll see!

State and local healthcare is basically the medicaid business, its never fit into the business model for hp, hpe or dxc and we are being divested in some way (yay). But I don't think I have seen anything about a mandatory town hall.

There are a number of these S&L HHS town hall meetings this week, covering all of the various S&L accounts. The town halls are specific to this particular business. I’m attending one of these meetings tomorrow. I know there was at least one meeting today, but I’ve heard nothing about the meeting content.
