I keep seeing posts about how "down to earth" they are, and how they are people who care.
Anyone here who has met them, is there even a grain of truth to this, or is it all bu-----t?

I met Brandt. It was underwelming and not what I expected from a good leader. A good leader can inject themselves into the front line employees and ask their employees about themselves and appear to be interested in them personally. That's something that always impressed me by a good leader.
Brandt seems to have a few social genes short of average. He cannot relate to any below his rank and it's totally obvious. He looks like he's in physical pain when he's required to show up to xmas parties and mingle with the underlings.
The truth is…… Tom is a washed up, drunk ex Sears salesman. Glenn is a sc-m butcher at best. Eric is just as smart as Tom & Glenn but he is good at kissing a-s… let’s face it they sold us out to Pune to increase bonuses. What a bunch of non American sc-m.

Tom, Glenn, Eric only care about there bonus & stock options!! Nothing else. If they cared about the employees they would of not done a massive layoff during a pandemic. They could have opted out of the bonuses & stock options & not layoffs thousands. They only care about there greed. Anyone who can’t & won’t see that is as blind as they are greedy.

Omg. Get an appointment with a psychiatrist. These men are grand actors and total scoundrels. How much proof do you need ? They completely decimated their claims department and are now hiring new people to replace the ones they RIF’d. Real nice. In a worldwide pandemic. Their personal brand representatives work overtime to help shine up their outer image. Are you one of them? These guys are crooks.
