Cameron Faart is on a all paid DXC holiday in London, UK. He took first class travel after being in DXC for only 2 weeks. This is where your pay is being spent on bent VPs who deliver no growth.

I think anything mentioning Kav gets special protection/treatment she is the loved one by R.

@2sxw that's odd as it was pretty innocuous especially compared to this thread.
Reading the posts below Looks like nothing changed in 18 Months, VP trips to see thier chicks.
Delivering 0% growth.
Drummer next to go?
I’ve talked to a bunch of x-colleagues and they are all staying because it’s relatively easy day. Not being on call, no weekends , but for the 10 of them they were all riff’ed back in April.
Dell contractors were all FIRED and their work outsourced internally to India and still the project that was ready to go live 500+ days ago is not live.
Glad I left back in 2002
If that style is meant to inspire, no wonder IBM got rid of him
Well he was shockingly poor in his town hall today, zero personality, all the inspiration of an empty bucket. Like Mikey 2 his HR minders should keep him away from talking with staff, as he clearly thinks all employees are sc-m.
Here's some comments from Reddit - Nothing positive about him.
https://www.reddit.com/r/IBM/search/?q=cameron+art
"Art made IBM incredibly unhealthy for workers because of his s**t"
"Completely unacceptable behavior. He showed a troubling lack of respect towards others, which could have HR implications....Do not be surprised when he lands at DXC"
"He tried to put on a hip face in public but in private he was a maniacal bully which permeated the organization. He targeted older workers; he took all decision authority away from managers. On a 2nd line call one manager was brave enough to stand up to him and tell him the pip policy was detrimental if implemented unilaterally without consideration to territory, sales cycle, experience, market etc. He was shot down and told to put the best players on the field despite IBM not paying competitively. He said they were constantly recruiting. Which I took to mean young inexperienced less expensive talent. Glad he's out."
Cameron A on the town hall said they need to closer to Customers and also look after the staff. And only if they do both will they grow. He saw significant growth multiples possible if they treat employees well.
2 days later Raul says more shrinkage and cuts. Do they work for the same company?
No wonder external people no longer trust the bshit anymore.
All l saw was a very unimpressive guy, who has a hard time speaking clearly and clearly unaware he was on camera as he continued to bite his nails and rub his big forehead.... DXC really is picking some winners this year with new IBM hires. Heard he was on his way out at IBM so we now are a dumping ground for their worst.... Way to go Raul! Raul has successfully ki-led what little momentum we had and stalled us out with b-ms. It is great to have a new CEO who never stepped in to help the company when Mike was messing it up.... and now spends more time in his other job than with DXC. It helps when your board buddies and you all went to the same high school. You can sit around and figure out how how to pay yourself millions when the company is failing after voting out Mike. Great job guys.
Is there a replay or has it been taken down?
Sounds like this is a hotter video than the moment Salvino flipped and they had to take the town hall of the site.
Who was the lady next to art? HR honcho of UK?
Be sure to check out the other comments about Cameron in this DXC thread.
Sounds like a piece of work

Lucks like C-m-erun will stay the whole week in London, he seemed to enjoy using them nice assets.
No doubt many regular trips to the UK planned. Somehow DXC have got plenty of enjoyment and money for the VP trips. The sort of "touchy feely" stuff you couldn't do on Teams which needs a personal touch.
Marys looks like your finally going to be replaced.
The lady asked good questions and seemed embarrassed at the response.
What was all that looking sideways up at the sky - Was he high or something?
Sounds like competition hotting up for 'under table' services...or does that also fall under shadow IT these days?
@zww+1sxZYkDj Apparently the lady with the assets let slip that she has been busy with Cameron for the past 2 days.
Looks like its the same strategy as Finchys.
Another Blowhard.
The company cannot just keep saying we're all brilliant people doing a fantastic job, and think that's enough. They all look like they are having a great time. This meeting was a waste of our time. Next time don't attend, they might finally get the message they've lost the goodwill of the majority of staff and the only way back is a decent pay rise. 2% will not cut it!
Usual bull, your all doing very well, we need more business, top ranking questions all on pay ignored delayed till Raul's results which as usual expect to be bad.
Only bright spot was the lady next to Cameron who was displaying some assets, looked like competition for Mary F.
Odd that travel policy never applies to those at upper levels! Hence why I will never travel on business for DXC while the current restrictive rules are in place.
