in four years at Seagate a tiny raise once and no bonuses. as I watch my buddy who works at a midsize private tech company across the street get raises and bonuses every year. He just showed me his new pair of expensive golf shoes he bought with last week bonus. we watch the CEO and his investor buddies reap millions and millions of rewards at the same time. if you’re under about 45 and sticking it out at Seagate. You’re pretty much wrecking your potential career. You think this is gonna get better or change and the next five years you’re in complete denial

There won't be a bonus next year. A recession is starting. This next quarter (maybe 2) will probably be the peak for Seagate for a long time. Then we can look forward to the layoff talk resume on this board.
