I spent 2 years at twitter long ago and now have a little enterprise PaaS organization of about 40 employees, so I'm going to be honest with you: I would never hire someone with Twitter or Facebook on their resume. Ever.
Sorry if that sounds harsh, but to the average person outside of silicon valley, you are seen as a liability and I guarantee your team would resent you anyway. Even if you're one of the few good ones, I can't overstate how poorly Twitter and FB employees are viewed out here in the real world (though I'm sure you're probably getting a pretty good idea by reading the comments on this board). : @1fqd+1juXXuIp

Well, I've been a hiring manager for over 20 years in silicon valley (and really globally for tech talent), and I never say never to anyone based on where they have worked, but, I will say that certain companies are a yellow flag, and i perform additional due diligence to find out why an employee was there, what they did, why they stayed as long as they did, etc. Twitter would be one of those companies that I consider a yellow flag.

I must say, given your confusion, I must pity the 40 employees you claim.

The original poster sounds weak. So you have a "little enterprise PaaS". I have a huge scalable enterprise FaaS. Embrace serverless where you can. PaaS is so yesterday. You sound like you specialized in CSS stylesheets.
