The vaccinated are just tired of the self entitled anti vacc id--ts. We are tired of having to accommodate your ignorance. There are a lot of top people who would gladly take your place and they soon will. You will have no choice soon if you want to work here. Then we can get back to normal without you. It will happen sooner then you think as the grievances are going into HR about the unvaccinated already.
If you’re vaccinated you can still get covid, it just most likely won’t put you in the hospital or ICU. You can also still spread covid if you are vaccinated, but you are contagious for a lesser period of time then unvaccinated people.
Basically the unvaccinated put themselves at risk more than anyone else. Not taking into account the dolts clogging up our ICUs but that’s a whole other topic.
I have no problem being around an unvaccinated staff member as I’m vaccinated and it’s their problem if they get sick.
As a shareholder I do not agree with Cenovus paying for their rapid tests though. Why should Cenovus pay for their choices and these costs are not insignificant.
I don't understand how some people are completely selfish and choose to remain unvaccinated.
I have done the right thing and got vaccinated and don't want to get sick because I'm forced to sit in a cube next to an unvaxxed person. Think about it, the unvaxxed person just sitting there and breathing those covid germs all over the place and getting us sick, just disgusting.

Fire the unvaccinated. If you are that stupid you are not worth a six figure salary.
Allow them to stay on. I think they should have to use a different entrance, elevator bank and be on a separate floor. Totally separate building would actualy be best.
The majority are vaccinated and will have the say. All of the top is vaccinated Its is coming soon, so long to the unvaccinated, you already have to declare your status to HR and you will be easy to replace. We will stop having out breaks in camp when your are no longer here.
