Notice just came through that JW is leaving the company! About time. This goes to show just how much destruction an executive can do to a company before the mistakes are admitted and corrective action is taken. No way would I believe this to be voluntary on JW's part.

Five years from now I want to see a Comedy Central roast of JW with all of the past and present execs that he has offended. The moderator can be VK but he needs more charisma to be a host.
I can see why people are happy but I’m not. Seriously. JW had potential sort of like Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars. He was the chosen one. Smart, good looking, witty, but he was manipulated at some point. And that changed him. Darth JW was to be feared. He would invite you to a meeting as friend and use the force to choke you around others the next day. And I’m here like Obiwan thinking “brother! You were supposed to bring balance to the force, not destroy it!” So upset and reflecting on a different Honeywell reality that could have been. Oh well.
The real question is who was behind his downfall? And can he be redeemed? The saga continues….

In summary - you want to complain about different leaders and being forced to scroll past posts about Jaldron makes you tired. Is there any leader specifically that would make you less tired and feel refreshed to complain about? Shall you nominate one?
Yes, JW was disgusting and a walking disaster but I hope I don't see his name on here anymore, it got tiring. Million bucks some new names start getting the same attention, there are many, manycandidates lmfao, nothing is going to improve. Remember the Honeywell motto......It will get worse before it gets worse.

Jaldron had to write off too many PPE orders after not being compliant with US government guidelines for face masks. Strategic accounts had to remove the Federal accounts from their list after he and Wi--y Wonka failed into the CCO team. If Jaldron joins Vertiv, he will destroy the federal business and they rely on it.
Dave isn’t his father in law. That was the best marketing lie ever spread at Honeywell. He and Dairy a-s are leaving the same day so it’s clear he was Dairy a-s’s date to the party.
Most likely he will join Vertiv. A company in which David Cote heavily invested and where he holds a position of executive chairman of the Board of Directors.

While SPS is finally taking a breather, there are still many super-narcissist, destructive individuals that are sc--wing up businesses on a day-to-day basis! Just across HCE’s Forge and Forge Insights, you can find plenty in leadership that are abusing theor staff regularly! I nominate JZ, the SD of the Forge Analytics team, for the HON Sneaky Narcissistic Personnel (SNP) award!

Since joining HON, I never understood how someone who had multiple EEOC complaints and internal HR complaints, not to mention a narcissist, racist, s-xist, and just down right demeaning person, can continue to be promoted and given more power
Honeywell's philosophy. When they cause trouble just promote them. Why! These are your buddies. If we promote you won't be able to interfere with the person that you were sc--wing with, we don't care if you date the same personality with you.
So just keep on promoting, and it keep the same culture around. When you don't finish a project. You do your numbers but it's all rework. You guys will all stand up for each other and get your bonuses.

He was responsible for the attrition of exceptional talent over several years. He single handledly destroyed SPS and commercial excellence. He never saw this coming, he thought he would milk that free cow forever.. No way it was his choice. He has been telling his team how he has VKs ear and they were getting more budget and more headcount this year. The pompous useless waste of space thought he was next CEO. Someone ask him, how does it taste? That bitter metal taste is the taste of reality.
I do not presume to know why JW is leaving, but Vimal seemed to sideline GK with the dissolution of SPS and creation of IA.
The two most caustic executives I’ve ever had the displeasure of being exposed to, sidelined within six months of a new CEO, seems too good to be coincidence.

Consider yourself lucky if you never had to work with him or be in his org. It was truly appalling to witness his behavior, and exhausting to be in his org( God Bless all the SPSers that endured so much). The unnecessary fire drills he created, tantrums he threw, and the blanant disrespect when he was pushed or challenged, won’t be missed.
Here's hoping that Honeywell starts offering voluntary RIFs. My hand is up!

John Boy made decisions without knowing the structure of the business he was responsible for. He made crazy, uniformed promises without regard for a availability and schedule and when it failed, people were fired. You can not imagine a more narcissistic, incompetent manager. I've known a few. Plus, he is DC's SIL. Known for a fact!

Remember several years ago when he was the "Golden Boy" and was trumpeted by Dairy A-s in one of the insipid Town Halls as someone to be emulated when SPS was named SBG of the quarter? Oh, how the once mighty has fallen.
