All but 6 Communty Advocates just let go. Another brainstorm down the tube's in Retail. When will they learn that leadership for Retail has no idea what they are doing.

This p-o hole has been crumbling since 2019. It wasn’t by accident either. This was strategically planned.

Agreed, this company is really just smoke and mirrors now, waiting for their customer base to realize that, as long as they stay with WS, they will continue to pay the mandatory equipment/service upgrade costs, pushed on them unnecessarily. These are really trusting people that believe everything they hear and none of what they see. The merger will never happen. When it makes sense to Elliott, they will break this up and sell it to a foreign/alien concern, so they can corporate raid it again down the road.
This company will be dead in a year or two, don't kid yourself find a job while you still have a job.
It is that way in Little Rock as well. I'm dealing with a VP right now that only has the title because of all the buttocks he kissed and it is a nightmare.
In typical Windstream fashion, they create new, fancy titles and tell people it's a promotion and probably throw some more money at them. But with no clear concise idea of what these new "promotions " really mean as far as real job responsibilities so that they can make them do anything they decide is their job that day. And all the yes Ma'am people reporting to the GA mafia will just keep getting promoted

They have opened up a bunch of connection centers rep positions I the areas they dumped the CA's, plus some extras. Lol. Only MB & WS would think it makes sense to open more locations for a business model that us already miserably failing. The 6 they kept are now marketing specialists and report to WS. None of them know anything about marketing other than posting on their personal FB pages and going some BS events that never produce any sales but cost a lot money to attend. I thought retail could not become any more of joke but WS has proven me wrong again! What I can't figure out is how JS keeps going along with this cr-p! Until they get rid of all the GA gals nothing will get better. They are 3 of the most hostile, toxic leaders I have ever seen. The rest of leadership is just clueless but smart enough to know the only reply you are permitted to have is yes ma'am
Misty and Whitney couldn’t run a hot dog stand. Which locations even remain, Dalton I know. Dahlonega I assume and Cornelia. Also lots of favorites from local marketing feeding to the manager based out of BLVL.

If they would just het rid of all the hired from within managers and Sr leaders that keep trying to figure out how to make it work that can't have a reasonable idea amongst them, Retail could be great again. But there hasn't been an original idea that makes sense in that depth in years. And if they broke the GA clique they might be able to get somewhere
As much as windstream likes outsourcing it's hard to think they have any stateside customer support. Everyone one you talk to is normally in a far away land and their name is Alex or some other phony English name they give.
I feel we could go into other ventures, selling blood and se--n might work, not mixed together ofcourse.
