I guess it makes sense if people are doing well they will want things like raises.

I know some supervisors with smaller teams were able to give almost all EE. Doesn’t seem fair but that’s life.
Absolutely. Why has management not heard this "feedback"?
What is the name of this training? Where is the proof? Or is this just a troll comment?
Maybe they will go to forced rankings to go full circle back to the old system (which worked better than what we have now).
Business plans for 2024 are set. The new ELPT team is being built and expect reviews throughout the year for those organizations NOT already doing reorganizations. Probably deeper cuts in 25 to align with our 5 year cycle
