Organizers in our area already contacted three union groups. Two said they don't take on financial/insurance institutions and the other said Allstate legal is not something they can battle. I'm still for it if we can get a union group to take us.

Makes no sense that a union wouldnt WANT a workforce with LOW risk (meaning desk workers) so that argument is BS this is another post from a home office employee in a lifetime love affair.
Unions would LOVE dues from desk workers who have minimal work status issues vs say laborers who have workers comp and injuries also crossing over into their contractual jurisdiction.
Whoever says they are organizing in the North East please post which labor orgs have taken interest say AFLCIO. thank you

If Allstate has an "anti-Union" section like the person quitting legal claimed, omg they labor laws their are in violation of but iv known that for some time. companies are sneaky about hiding what they do from Discovery but no doubts that Allshit has an antiunion "unofficial" committee and policies.Do not worry the Department Labor Commerce and the IL department of insurnace already have probe and sure its bs ignore it! or have your rep manamgement companies address it.

Unions are meant for any industry in which the workers are treated poorly.
Unions are not meant for this industry. There are not many hazards in working from home in your pajamas and having to take on a few extra claims files.
