Where’s our 2024 employee satisfaction survey

I guess the secret is safe with Gail about how unsatisfactory of a job employees feel she’s done and how her terrible conduct has impacted many people for the worst. If there’s no survey, the uppers can just pretend other forgot to give us one this year… no survey = no accountability for them and also = not listening or caring about the feelings and experiences of the people who you have wronged. Shhhhh no one will know your dirt and lies because we weren’t given the opportunity to have our voices heart just because of the shame and embarrassment they felt when their actions were exposed in 2023 survey results. The poor results were swept under the rug and ignored intentionally and the company learned Nothing from our feedback except how to silence us. It’s sad to see the declining of this company as a whole and the nosedive we are in as a result of pathetic leadership. Are we really silenced Gail? So you think you have the power to hush up those you are doing wrong? You don’t have that power! You can’t take our voices opinions or experiences away from us. You’re simply not that powerful. Hopefully they can get someone in the driver seat that actually cares more about human beings than how full their own pocket book is. Someone who has compassion for others less fortunate, someone who cares how they lead, someone who sees beyond the almighty dollar. The last thing a company needs who is going in the RIGHT direction is someone who has no regard for anyone but themselves and how much money they can make off the backs of those who’ve worked so hard and instead of promotions or kudos, they get RIF’f’d. At least she and others achieved significant financial gains by sc--wing over the very ones who have been committed to the success of our members and the company. Unbelievable and unfortunate reality. God don’t bless the mess, Gail. Know THAT! And I’m sure u already do know that you just simply don’t care. 🤷‍♀️

Announced today that they won't be sending it.

They did manage to send the Best Places to Work survey this year though. The one that gets a ribbon.

The surveys aren’t anonymous. They’re confidential.
And full of sh-t. No one would vote this a great place to work hahaha

@2kig+1v5rSOzm - This is precisely why, in the 20+ years I was there when they had surveys, I never once completed one. I sure am glad I'm gone.

I answered the last survey honestly & my manager was scored horribly but nothing changed. They skew the data anyway & they really don’t care what our responses are. I know it for a fact. They let managers be toxic because all they care about is money.

If an associate satisfaction survey is sent out this year (unlikely given the current state of the business) and the results aren't rock bottom, one has to question how legitimate it is. Remember, there is no such thing as an anonymous survey when you're sent a link and instructed not to forward it to anyone. That's telling you responses can be tracked to an individual.

They did a select associate "culture" survey in q2. Certain results were jarring including the way the company treats women and people of color. How stressed out everyone is and it only increases on the way up.

They also did the annual compliance survey. Have yet to see those results.

They also have the culture network and brg taking complaints.

There are plenty of feedback portals. None of them have moved the org to make major changes so why keep asking.

And yes they survey amid rifs. They did last year in Sept and rifed while it was still open.

Biggest point, tons of people distrust the anonymity so they lie anyway. There are no actual safe forums for feedback that has any chance of getting exec movement. You need to present savings, even on associate improvements.

There are IT areas called Associate Experience. I have yet to see anything that benefits associates come out of that group. Its all cost cutting at the expense of associates.

I guess the point is, just because they ask for feedback, doesn't mean they'll take it.

We don’t need a satisfaction survey; we’ve got the little smiley face app that comes up on the corner of our computers asking “how you doing today?”. What more do they need?

Let’s be realistic. They really don’t care what employees think. And Gail could not care less. Anyone at her level and salary is not concerned. This company has made it abundantly clear with the layoffs that employees are not valued.

I had the same thought last week amidst the cr-p show that happened. Not surprised Gail won’t issue the survey now. She is too much of a coward to hear from her employees
