Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Think

To be honest with one of the busiest years coming up at T-Mobile, I don't believe layoffs are in the near future.... We are all just working in a bad work environment causing this level of anxiety. Bad leadership.

I agree but unfortunately the damage is done. T-Mobile is a very different company than 5 years ago, but changes happen and we adapt and evolve. If not then the reality is you will be chosen to depart.

You have that sh-t attitude and wonder why people think this place is toxic? Why are you even here?

To “Don't assume things” poster. You are exaggerating your contributions and are gone because you either weren’t contributing at all or maybe were a contributor at one point but became a liability. It really blows me away how all the crybabies posting here talk about all they did, when the real truth is they were a burden who cost the company more than they were worth. Good riddance

"It’s not bad leadership; it’s all the crybaby bi--hes whining about not getting paid enough because they’re in a market with a high cost of living that THEY chose to live in. It’s a job that THEY chose to take and keep. Instead of blaming leadership, perhaps you should take a look in the mirror and consider your own flaws. What have you contributed to the success of the company? What actions have you taken to reduce costs or improve processes?"

You should not assume things. I have worked for this company for over 20 years in 5 different roles across multiple organizations and was recognized many times for building teams, getting exceptional results, setting processes and driving cost reduction, innovation and customer growth. Only to have my leadership position eliminated as my department was dissolved and a few people left were absorbed by another team.

My strategy is still applied across the company. It hurts to see that I was let go just to cut costs as part of a National blanket approach, when my team was a trailblazer and the most successful of all teams acroas Regions.

I’m trying, but they won’t let me go.

"Can you post a link to the RACI?"

Ask Raap, in his call he said this is what's coming so expect it.

Before you call customer service you'd better get a translator service first. Can't understand anything they say.

Call customer service one time. I honestly can see why we are losing customers daily

"VSP within the project management org is definitely happening."

Can you post a link to the RACI?

They don’t care. It’s all about shareholder and C level profit at this point. They will continue to su-k the most they can out of the current employees and supplement with cheaper labor as needed.

@ooj+1thufGPb that's not true. VSP within the project management org is definitely happening.

It's the leadership that needs to be laid off.

Layoffs are always ongoing. Many companies are not going to do well this quarter since interest rates are still high and more companies are starting to layoff.
