Now that big tech knows that the average person knows H1B is an IT operations cost-cutting scam for America's corporations, they'll step up their censoring even more here and elsewhere, TMO needs to audit their own data concerning H1B1 fraud within and among the vendors especially in the IT sector. No American citizen should have to be left behind in hiring for good paying jobs while foreign workers without merit are hired to drive down wages and keep American workers for achieving success in doing the work necessary to achieve financial independence.

Nowhere in that job you referenced does it say "STEM" as a job requirement. The only place STEM shows up in the JD is in the word sySTEMs.

Remember, for the Specialty Occupation/STEM jobs, it is more important to focus on the job duties, not the job title. Copy and paste the job titles into the T-Mobile Career page search and you will see that the jobs require STEM education and experience.

If you want more H1B1, then defend the cost by showing how H1B1 is more valuable than middle management. How many levels of managers are there? The middle has no impact on revenue. 20 H1B1 can replace 2 middle managers. The telcos are extremely heavy in middle managers.

Between 2020 to 2022, T-Mobile completed a lot of smaller layoffs that were not reported as a mass layoff.
My guesstimate is T-Mobile has laid off at least 10,000 employees since the merger with Sprint in 2020.
If you included T-Mobile’s 3rd Party Dealer employees, there’s probably 50,000+ employees impacted since 2020.
