It seems like a mass layoff is expected at the beginning of every month now but I was wondering if anyone had heard anything regarding the upcoming layoffs

Eenie meanie miney moe. This has been discussed.
I'd love to know what method HR and leadership uses to determine who they're laying off. Does anyone know?
Prepare for next Thursday. Rates are going up and the head count will go down. There are not enough loans to support the amount of employees Wells has.
lol, yeah right! They just ignored the FRTO comments that they didn't want us to hear. Just like during their big jab propaganda campaign they want to isolate employees so they feel like they are alone and helpless. The truth of the matter is that RTO got SLAUGHTERED in the survey. Absolutely destroyed, but as usual all that matters is who counts the votes, or on this case who announced the results. 249,998 said RTO sucks, the CEO and CAO said it was great. Guess who won that election? Yep, RTO is great by a landslide!
First fix wfh. There are contracts on h1b doing multiple jobs at wf. Ask hr to check it and save your jobs.
If determined at HR level, who needs managers? Ridiculous.
No January layoffs. They pick up again in February.
But wait, the results of the employee survey said that people are happy working here and things are just fu**ing peachy
@nob+1k4Q16f7 - IF this is true, and I have no reason to doubt it (even though I have no idea who you are), then this hasn’t happened at WFC for two decades. When they cut departments, they’re cutting off limbs and trying to save the lungs and heart. Good luck! I am so glad I left the shittiest financial organization on earth.
Is still think it hilarious that TK still travels all over the globe and has yet to do anything but be a cheerleader for Saul and sing and dance for her big ole paycheck while folks are getting laid off .
So true. It’s literally like they’re playing “eenie meanie miney mo “
Merry Christmas everyone. Oh, and FRTO.
I have heard that HR is determining the layoffs at upper end. They aren't even asking for management feedback of WHO should be laid off. Managers are told at same time as effected workers. Good people are getting the axe while those who shouldn't be employed get to stay. Poorest excuse for business management that I have ever seen, EVER. I expect layoffs every week, not every month. No rhyme or reason as to who, where and when... some people working OT while others have no work for a year or more...its crazy.
