People are free to complain and voice their opinion and fears on web sites on hear; if you don't like it a) don't read b) If you manager - do you job and sort out your dept c) voice employee fears and lack of pay, training and very low morale (especially from more WFR) upwards to Mr Shouty - to do his job and sort the company out.
There no reward at DXC to do a decent job now and be very nice to have a $ pay increase - like a $28 million bonus to help pay my food, energy, gas bills and to save for an ever decreasing 401K Pension

But where are the results? - 10% less revenue per year. Yeah, great job. You might achieve that with less hard work either.
