Has anyone received their severance or know when it's to pay out? I'm starting to get nervous.

Did everyone expecting their severance see it show up in ADP this afternoon?
Hoping everyone who is supposed to get their severance gets theirs today..I for one do not have the time to hold for Human "no" resources. I had my phone on speaker holding for over an hour, simply ridiculous.. All I want is the pay they owe me as I have already found a new company..
Per HR staff to me last week, “THERE IS A BACKLOG OF PROCESSING SEVERANCE OF THE 3,000 LAYOFFS B/C CORPORATE ONLY ASSIGNED 3 HR STAFF.”.
@lcf+1ajhuRm5 FYI - I contacted Envolve, who administers our CVS Caremark Rx benefit for Centene. I was told a processing error (?) somehow caused a gap in our coverage between 4/1 - 4/4, even if we paid our COBRA premium on time. They advised I ask CVS to resubmit refill claims, which I did, and it seemed to have ‘gone through’ okay.

Also, in Missouri you could apply for unemployment the day after your last date of work. I don't know which State you're in and they all have different rules. Missouri has a waiting week and then, as long as you can document at least three work applications a week, have been very good about paying on time. Sending prayers for you and I don't know your circumstances, but I would have been in big trouble without the severance and unemployment. Hoping it shows up this week for you; check ADP in the afternoon on 4/15.
I've contacted them and they received my agreement on 3/15 and acknowledged it. They still have no payment date. I should have received it 4/2. And I haven't received unemployment. I'm literally freaking out.
After 18.5 years, I was laid off 3/12/2021 and still waiting. Hopefully the severance will be there this Fri. My friend(over 20 years) who also got laid off gave me the number to HR..she has been calling but no one is answering the phone? I’ll hang in there but we are all over all this and want to move on. What is hysterical is that a new employee started in my dept three days after my last day. He was hired before the layoff announcement though..still kind of sucks! And I’m sure he is way younger then me..Lol. Best of luck to all of you who are going through all this b.s.!
They are still working out the kinks in the COBRA rules from the last stimulus, and have until mid-May to act on this. If you got laid off in the last round, you do want to enroll and pay for your insurance. Once you get past the screen on the ConnectYourCare site with the full, scary amount, it brings you to the screen where your actual amount is found that is about what you paid when employed. I believe that once this is ironed out, they will reimburse whatever we pay in.
I hope none of you are paying for Cobra, centene has to cover 100% of cobra due to bill that Biden passed. Dont pay, if you did call and get your money back as that would be double paying.
@wtd+1ajhuRm5 Nevermind, my mistake. You also got yours on 4/2. Should have replied to the OP, who should take your advice if she doesn’t get paid by Friday.
@lcf+1ajhuRm5 I appreciate your letting me know mine wasn’t just a one-off error. Pharmacy benefit is included in Highmark BC/BS medical to the tune of over $900 monthly, so I’ll be calling HR first thing Monday to see what they’re trying to pull. Will escalate to whomever administers the upcoming ARPA subsidy if I have to. Continuing to add insult to injury. 😠 I’ll keep you posted.
@wtd+1ajhuRm5 That’s unacceptable how they’ve delayed your payment, especially knowing you and I returned it to them on the same date. Sheer incompetence. You should hear about how much they messed up my fellow RIF’d RNCM (teammate), mostly concerning her belongings and return (IT) boxes. 🙄 Good luck getting paidon Friday!

I emailed my signed release pdf back first thing on 3/13/21 and got mine on 4/2/21. They only pay severance out on regular paydays, so the next one is this coming Friday on 4/16/21. It should be visible in ADP the afternoon before on 4/15. If it isn't you need to call HR.

My current issue is my pharmacy benefit was termed (CVS Pharmacy) when I paid my first COBRA premium on 4/1. 🤨
On 4/2, but the remaining 3/12 RIFs should get it on 4/16. Check ADP the day before.
