During the Q&A someone asked about if there was any upcoming changes to RTO/remote policy. David being the center of the universe misunderstood the question and thought the question was about due to the "threat" on CEO's, was there going to be any changes to the RTO/Remote policy. The question was just asking was there any changes to the policy in general and had nothing to do about the recent events.

agree with the last comment. It's in extremely poor taste for someone as high up as Noelle to have that on her whiteboard. If it's meant for her, what is she even talking about? Her position is one of power and authority, and at this point, her comp isn't directly tied to how hard she works. If it's meant for us, well it's hard to believe she would actually do that, but that would be extremely upsetting.

I get it. It was supposed to be an inspirational quote meant for her. However, if you take it out of context and juxtapose it with what she’s saying, that they should show empathy and appreciation for us peasants, it looks ironic and hilarious. It’s embarrassing enough for them to try and hide it. Twice.

Navy Seals have great healthcare, benefits, salary respect. They are highly valued and well organized. They have some bad spots but that org is far from Cigna. We are not the same at all and hardly comparable to navy seals. Be better HR and Cigna if you want to use quotes like that TF get out of here.

I don't think people are understanding what "Nobody cares. Work harder." means. It's a quote from former Navy SEAL Jocko Willink. It means if you want to be the best, you’ve got to work hard at being the best. If they’re doubting you, work harder. It’s their opinion.” It's supposed to be inspirational.

You're wrong. The Team DMOM sticker was always there. You can make out the white box they used to cover the other sticker in the first time she is on the screen. After that, the sticker actually isn't there because it was removed from the background when she was not the focus.

So at 31 mins when Noelle speaks the ‘nobody cares, work harder’ is on her whiteboard and then when she talks again at about 42 mins it’s gone… how pathetic. She literally doesn’t give a sh*t about anyone and you can tell that from her tone, face and mannerisms!

What’s even worse is he reached out to that poor family to have them make that video… that’s a new low for him. Just to make himself look like a decent person… it’s disgraceful! I think we all know a little boy isn’t going to tell his parents how great the insurance is and how much love he has for David Cordani… he wouldn’t even know those things. I pray for that boy and hope he gets well soon. No matter what videos are shown, I think we all know what kind of man cordani is. We also know Cigna has more denials than UHC … they have had so many lawsuits against them for claim denials. It’s sickening.

They talked about optimization, it would be a shame if IFP took 7 years to implement one tracking system with an entire workgroup working on it. Especially a very well studied and already fully designed system. So the ELT is right, especially if something like that happened.

If this company has any sense, they will release Noelle Eder. She comes off extremely disingenuous and Her behavior in how she’s running things does NOT match her words. My guess is that she is responsible for people losing faith in leadership.

I appreciate the caller asking about denial rate causes. The truth is, we make it so difficult and complex for clinicians to successfully submit claims because it makes us money when we do. It’s a way to squeeze a bit more profit. Head doctor guy did acknowledge some of this truth (the difficulty).
