TTUS Survey

Funny how it's not being shared in meetings like it used to be....

They also just make things worse if you respond. Express that you don’t think you can meet your career goals at the bank? Here’s a stupid ICDP form to fill out that won’t actually help you progress your career, but let’s HR pretend you can if you just do extra work

According to S&P Global, Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway totally exited its position in US Bancorp during the first quarter of 2023, after greatly reducing its USB position during the 4th quarter of 2022. Note that USB announced the completion of the Union Bank acquisition on December 1, 2022.

My guess is that Mr. Buffett had a pretty good idea of how much value was being squandered and decided to move on.

There should be a benchmark for bureaucracy. If the external shareholders had any idea what a bureaucratic dysfunctional he//hole this bank is, they would sell all their stock. They have no idea how much value is being squandered.

Survey results were terrible first quarter, as expected, should be even worse for the second quarter which ends next week and surveys will go out over the 4th of July holiday week, expectations for improvement in scores is non existent,

You would hope the shareholders look at these results as a comprehensive no confidence vote regarding current leadership, recognizing if the employees have no confidence in the current leadership, why should the shareholders have any confidence in this leadership as well to manage their investment or to grow their investment.

You wonder if anything hasn't been shared with the shareholders other than the TTUS survey results?

Haven't had a discussion about the survey results in years. On a previous team, my manager's manager had a big discussion with us about setting up a meeting to discuss the results. Said meeting never happened.

Doesn’t matter. Nothing was done about it anyway. It’s all just for show. Take the survey so we they see who complains the most so they can be added to the next list of cuts.

Ask! Leaders will be getting the results in a few weeks for Q2. My leaders share with us every quarter.
