@2gsx+1jlywE7L - it’s not whiners, weak and unwilling. HR needs to share the numbers for what assessment groups people who leave have been in. Most are OPD, OP and EP. If you have someone in a lower category they’re getting out because they got screwed in assessments. You’re going to be left with people who can’t do the work. The good people are leaving because they see the writing on the wall and they’re tired of carrying the weight of freeloaders.

Layoffs will be held in December of all even numbered years.

These layoffs will happen just after the CEO makes statements that there will be no layoffs.

After each layoff, another building on campus will be abandoned so that the number of desks available is always fewer than number of employees.

With #exxodus by design, there will be no need for layoffs. Once the scourge of the unwilling, weak and whiners are gone and headcount is at the most efficient level. It maximize shareholder value, those who were loyal and pushed through will be reward in the land of milk and honey. All will get a bigger slice of a bigger pie. Well, maybe…
