@2e4 I’ve never seen micromanagement quite like Pearson. In my previous firm, people were too busy, they just focused on the objectives and goals. Whereas here the managers are insufferable
I was just thinking the same thing. The love of sales is ki-led by mangers overly focused on counting how many times something is moved in salesforce and how many Gong calls are made or whatever small data point they are looking for isn’t exactly correct. The managers at Pearson are like a bunch of hall
monitors and not people who lead, inspire, and help close business.
Engagement surveys, gong calls, stupids contests based on bad data,Taylor Swift, when was the last time your sales "leader" acknowledged or even mentioned sales? I think I made a big mistake taking this job. :(
BMG stands for the old music club that shipped you cassette tapes, even when you didn't want them!
Engagement surveys. That's all that matters right now. Gotta reach that 90%.
SL are the initials of the dummy in charge. BMG is a sales report that shows market share. Not sure what it stands for.
What is BMG and what is SL?
When was the SL email sent? Assuming this is regarding the contest she mentioned earlier. What does it entail? Was left off the email for some reason.
SL doesn't have a clue. Useless.
@OP -SL for sure. I get the goal here; HOWEVER, give us better information to start and a reasonable amount of time to do all of the labor intensive work in OneCRM.
@OP what is bmg top 25 ?
