Severance

Anyone with separation date of 10/13 received their severance yet or any ideas on when they are to be issued? The paperwork literally reads as soon as possible with no dates which seemed very strange.

This is to login to workday to sign your severance agreement and Dayforce to verify your last paycheck stub. You will not be able to access it from your current login because they shut down everything on your last work day. I am part of August layoff and 10/06 was my last work day and they shut down my access. I had to call into HR to get setup again in workday because my logins wouldn’t work. The severance email to notify you your paperwork is ready will be sent to your personal email for you to login to workday to complete.

My timeline in the early 2021 layoffs was this: told I was laid off on 2/10/21 and that my access was cut off that day even though my last paycheck would be on 3/12/21. After that date I was able to sign up for the severance. If we didn't do that we didn't get our 2020 bonus. The bonus was paid out on 3/26/21 and I received my severance on 4/2/21. Thankfully our State lets you collect unemployment regardless of the severance. I started a new job early that summer of 2021 and I'm an older worker.

I thought the last rounof layoffs was for dec 1? Are they sure these are the same from earlier this month. No one has mentioned any meetings on here.

What? Another mass layoff of 2000 today 10/26? Not even 3 weeks after the 10/5 mass layoff?

I am not so sure, this message board would be a buzz.... a big ole hornet's nest buzz.

Not saying absolutely not, but raising a very large brow at this. I guess

You will need to contact HR at 1-833-462-7647 M-F 730-5 CST. Let them know immediately you were affected by the August Layoff and need to access workday and Dayforce pay along with the situation. They will not be able to pull you up without knowing your part of the layoff. They will setup your information while you are on the phone. You will have to login from an actual computer and cannot access via mobile device. Hope this helps.

I learned from a former colleague in IT that there was another layoff of 2000 dropped today, for a last date of 1 Dec.

I was also part of the 10/13 end date and signed my release on 10/14…. I’m worried as well… while trying to find information on the internet I saw the following

“Company shall pay this Severance Pay in a single lump-sum payment no later than the second regular Company payday following the seven day revocation period”

That is the company second pay period after you signed the release Centene provided

I received my severance paperwork and signed it on 10/14 the day after separation and have received no severance to date. Starting to get worried. Wish I had better news.

I have been fighting with HR and the agreements team for over a week and a half trying to get information in regards to severance and my final release. I was part of the smaller secret round of layoffs in August and I actually did not know that my last day was the 13th until I tried to log off on the 6th. I went with the date that my director told me, the 13th, and then on my paperwork when I looked at my paperwork, it did say the 13th but I missed where it listed my physical day of the 6th. Since my director didn't see it either nor my manager, I had it stuck in my head that my last day was the 13th. I was coming here to see if there was anything about severance. It's so frustrating and I don't know what to do. They keep asking me if I have checked my email and my spam folder. I'm not a mo--n I know how to check my email. I've repeatedly told them that I do not have the documents, please resend the documents, yes I am checking my email every single day in fact multiple times a day and the only thing you guys have sent me is an email about how to send my computer back.
