Bonus Structures

I’m hearing stories of some colleagues across the business receiving contractual bonuses and some not, even though they are in the same position. Does anyone have any info on this? I imagine it was due to different LOB’s now being merged but seems slightly unfair?

I know there are legacy people with contractual bonuses in the US. Maybe trough M&A they have to do it. Managers used to get them (some but not all - a VP would need to get them added). I don't think they've added new people in a while tho.

I always thought you had to be a manager to get a bonus. Maybe those people used to be managers and got to keep the bonus?

Contractual bonuses? Do tell. What is an LOB? Seriously?
Someone cue the troll. Or is this just for Stephanie and Bob?
