There no such thing as a life situation forcing you to stay at a specific job. It may require you to work or get a certain amount of past, but the mentality that Allstate is the only employer that can fulfill that is ridiculous
Yup. Legal hot voluntary termination offers with a 6–12 severance pay! I wish I’d get that.
