Can't say those numbers show that Lumen is a great place to work.

If you want to make a statement just simply don't respond to their Surveys. The lower the precipitation speaks more volume.
And the negative means nothing, because nothing ever changes. I speak my mind and say some of the stuff they need to hear. Whether they RIF me or not doesnt matter, bc this company is on the downward trajectory anyway. We may ALL get RIFed eventually.
Unless I read them wrong the results were so fake. All the company wide results were in like the 80s. If you're going to manipulate at least make it look real. Not one person I know that works for the company is happy. Everybody hates it. Hourly all the way through 1st levels.
Makes me glad I was RIFed.

"Talent Management" is listed in dictionary as a super oxymoron. Lumen has no "talent" in the Talent Management position. Just hire in India, because talent is lower but also way cheaper.

with low percentages, they always spin it with the level of participation, and the phrase " we really care, your voice will be heard", but it really never is.... and then try to single out any positive comments that can be found..

I am no longer there, but woukd loved to have seen the results. If they were accurate, they had to be Terrible. Worst company EVER.
It was completely bad results so maybe KJ cut the wrong people?
