while there are stock buybacks aplenty, please do remember the ever-increasing dividend that we continue to pay out more money on.

56.75 cents per share this quarter, 655m outstanding shares - $377m dollars multiply by 4 quarters and you've got another $1.5b going to keeping the share price up.
@31x oh ya. Pappy's the worst of the worst. How's the General doing? you know... his 2nd in command? Always posturing and saying 'Let's go!'.
He's Pappy's puppet and the biggest cosplayer of all.
@2a7 I enjoyed BP reflecting on Teams about what he learned on his (~$100K) journey to the top of a mountain with his entire family. How inspiring!! He's just like us!!!
Yah but hey... WA still gets to take his twice yearly expensive vacation and then brag about them to the workers. And smiles like a mule eating briars while showing off his wealth. ya'll have fun serving the master. he's laughing his ass off at each and everyone of you while he takes it all to the bank.
@yg $4M is a rounding error in MetLife's budget. I think the $500,000,000 in stock buybacks has sliiiiiiightly more impact. And it directly benefits top leaders.
It's obvious employees are last on the priority list for Met. But without us they couldn't make money. Maybe it's time to unionize.
This is where your raise and AVIP are going: MetLife Foundation is committing $9 million as a founding donor of the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund.
For those who earned it, I feel sorry for you. You are getting shafted.
For the privileged in GTO who won't even come to the office and still manage somehow to keep a job, I hope you get fired. You know who you are!
@OP yep, just like my low raise last year after RIS had a "recording breaking" year and "exceeded sales plans across all LOB". Despicable culture. It's ok, I give as good as I get. No more speaking up and offering ideas and suggestions. My knowledge isn't free.
