DaVita’s legal department just laid off 40 teammates.
@28q you are very right. What a shame of a company.
@1yx they are a hush hush culture, all the mo--ns that have executive titles or tend to be managers are fighting for their own lives to keep their jobs and in order to do so are getting rid of temp workers just so they can continue collecting paychecks. Hope everyone gets fired
I was laid off along several others on my team back in November out of no where! No one would confirm if it was or will happening in other departments. Things seemed very hush hush.
They are silently culling down mostly American workers unfortunately, and will continue into 2026. Indians offshore keep getting hired in mass amounts and are ruling the entire village so to speak. This company is a terrible joke, full of losers. Keep looking for better opportunities I say and don’t wait
