Keep us updated

Those of you that are transitioning into the RTM roles please let us know how it goes. I'm sure it will be a nightmare just like every new structure this company does.

If rolled out in waves, they could potentially avoid offering any severance. Severance only has to be offered if the numbers are great enough. Don’t count on anything, except the Mondelez management is slimy and gross! They can also be doing this to attempt to let propel leave on their own and avoid severance.

Mission 1 rolled out in some places way earlier than others

They won’t wait a year to roll it out , it’s a done deal it will roll out nationwide this year , you will only be given 30 days notice as required by law.

Great Lakes must be next year. We would've heard by now if it was this year. I'll take my severance and run.

Which regions have announced they are going to the RTM structure? Sound off with your Region if you are going to this new structure.

They absolutely waste money! Spend it in the wrong places and NO, they do not
have the money to use on employing people
as they have in the past! Sales are down and they are only showing the profits by raising their prices, not selling more product! That won’t last!

Why are you guys staying there and letting them dump more and more work on you for the same pay. Crazy

Well they can afford it they just choose not to. They’ve convinced themselves that account managers and the rest of management do such a good job they just need a ragtag group of people with no life skills to go and execute in store. Maybe that would be true if the account managers and district managers actually did their job instead of relying on the sales reps to do it for them. But when you promote using DEI policies you get the fruits of your actions.

Sure did! And it’s because they can’t afford to pay people what they are worth! It’s not that those they have aren’t capable, but as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for”! And on top of that your DM abuses you verbally and has you work off the clock. If you pushback you are a target.
Shareholders are not happy, who would be? The ROI is embarrassing.
As a former employee who dealt with those managerial goons, “you get what you deserve”! Karma baby!

3 years ago the company got rid of any rep they had that was capable of being an RTM. They kept the bottom of the barrel so now it’s going to be a disaster. They sabotaged themselves
