If you or someone on your team is training HIH individuals, it’s NOT so they can back you up.
It’s so they can replace you at a discount.

But but but, it was just supposed to be a few hundred max!
At least that's the lie that was pushed here on this board...
@286 your job will definitely be eliminated as soon as you finish training them. I know people it has already happened to.
@everyone still left there: If you’re title is not that of a Trainer for Cigna then refuse to train anyone unless they pay you more to do so. Training is not in your job role then do not do it without being compensated to do so.
I'm in the mist of training several HIH people so I figure my job will be gone by summer's end, I am hoping prior to Q1/26 craziness happens & I can get all my unused earned PTO. I told my coworker (who was laid off last month) when HIH was first announced last year that our jobs would be going over there before 2025 ended.
I know several training HIH personnel. All of the HIH personnel are absolute clowns and have issues with the most basic tasks. Go ahead, let american workers go and await the absolute worst outcomes for the US.
There are around 2500 employees at HIH and other India offices with another 1800 openings. Meanwhile there has been at least 2200 employees laid off since the whole thing started
How many folks are there in HIH office? What is the percentage they count for?
Thanks for the anxiety, Captain Obvious
In a couple of years, likely after Cordani retires, they will likely discover just how costly a mess they have created with HIH.
Yep, it’s true. I know several that trained their HIH so called back ups and were promptly let go.
