Anyone know what percentage pay increases are this year in Wexford and Wilmslow ?

@pj It really depends on where you were in the pay band. If you were already low it could be high. If you were already at 1.0 or higher it might be around 8%
3% if your related or friendly with management, 2% if not and 1.5% if your bold.
Girlfriend works in equifax.5% across the board.no discrimination.

@pj absolutely very little waters are very poor in pay rise and don't really value Ur loyalty they are happy to see the back of you rather than trying to keep very good experienced workers
As someone from BD, I’m curious about how much of a raise comes with a promotion at Waters
@bp 3% is not great with cost of living costs alot higher and given waters just pulled out 17billion to buy a company suggests they have the money but don't want to spend it on us ordinary hard working employees
I got mine at 3%, I know of someone else who got less, so I cannot complain. Besides, I like it here, I get to work with the likes of you cheery f¥[=€r$!
