I heard top Management some got raise and upto 100k in bonus .
@232 can a person really have a high work ethic at Gainwell?
The leadership and the system isn’t built for it. It’s more about theft and shady work practices. And with as much theft is going on it makes one wonder where all the money is going.
@20v If this proves to be true, this Top Performer will be changing my tune in terms of level of effort put forward on a daily basis. There is corporate loyalty and high work ethic and then there is flat out stupidity and being taken advantage of. Enough is enough....
No one is getting a 3% + raise no matter the rating. The money for the merits are a joke. It’s going to put the budget over and it won’t be approved. Last year a lot of folks didn’t get raises this year it’s gonna be REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY low. Gainwell will say well at least you received a raise but no one will be happy about it, guaranteed.
Rest assured Mark and his cronies got good raises
Very low raises that won't even cover inflation and no bonuses at all. No wonder everyone does just a enough to get by.
@13y ????? comp has not been released yet, how do you know India people has received 5-10%?
@13y as if anyone is surprised
Gainwell India received raises of 5-10%
Hey buddy, that’s not being a brand ambassador for thought leadership. Turn that frown upside down!
@jz totally agree! Almost criminal incompetence at so many levels, from shared services down to accounts. Any of the working stiffs who are gone for any reason are really better off. Count your blessings and consider the lessons learned. Best wishes for the future.
When I interrogated my boss he said lots of people did not get anything last year. But there should some increase this year. I'll keep giving them sh-t quality until otherwise
@j6 you can see your salary band in mygainwell@work. I think it is in the compensation section of the profile but I haven’t looked recently.
@jz 20% growth and still highly over-leveraged. Barely can pay their payables unless the vendor makes a lot of noise. It’s just a very poorly run company overall.
As you all read these posts please do remember that the company year over year had unprecedented not seen in like 20 years double digit financial growth on this business. It was mentioned many times during meetings. So there is no excuse except executive compensation greed to not reward us properly
@j6 I learned from my manager last year when I was offered 1% and was told some people didn’t get anything so I should be grateful
@dg Are salary bands published for general consumption, or did you learn of band constraints from leadership?
I didn’t know people were given bonuses. I actually don’t expect a merit raise due to being at the top of my salary band which I’m bitter about. Anyone else in my position who has experience the same?
Although evaluations were given, employees won't learn of annual increases for several more weeks. Top performer last year however. Earning a 3% raise has given reason to pause and reevaluate work life balance.
@cy+1 I really could have used an increase. Our employee benefit offerings are so below par and so above price that I feel like I lost money staying working here over the last 4 years. I have never worked somewhere the benefits offerings cost out paced pay/merit increases. Blows my mind the cost is ridiculous and to add insult to injury deductibles put me in the poor house and I make six figures.
Congratulations with inflation you are now making 3% less than last year. Hope you feel valued for your merit. The rumbling is most are getting cost of living 3% raise with top performers making 5 to 10%. Hope they at least gave you a bonus. They aren’t year over year but nice to have now money.
