It's not about body weight or appearance. Start calling out behaviors... The extreme Comptroĺlin' Narcissistic bullying and associated culture of fear is toxic for the whole company.

Nobody likes the guy no even his family. He likes to text and send emails after hours or even worse while you are on vacation.

Take solace that someday the fat one and puppet master will have to repay their karmic debt for the way they treat people. Disappointed in the CEO who preaches against such behaviour, but turns a blind eye to what is happening.

If you are the type of person who equates a degree with intellect, EQ and work ethic and can’t see further than the paper, or the type of person to call someone fat and make fun of their appearance, doesn’t seem like you’re aligned with the CVE values anyways. Probably not the right fit for you long term.
And if this legacy bs keeps up - on both sides - leadership will rightly have to continue to hire from outside vs than promote from within to try to get this culture under control. Stop being part of the problem.
