If they keep paying them then they are nit saving any money by sending them home.
Do you know what the largest cost for an employer is? Its not keeping the lights on. It's salaries and benefits. If you don't cut the people, you don't get the savings.

There is no WARN notice needed if they pay people and do not layoff, only send them home and shutdown to save operations costs.

They issue WARNs which give 60 days, but they shutdown the plant for 90 days? Does that mean people are only gone for 30 days? You guys need to put more effort into the things you make up!
