Most vaccinations taper off over time. I had my physical and just got my tentnius shot again. College required me to have MMR and others. This is no different.
General Flu vaccine Is a great example. There are several strains of Flu, a vaccine gives you basic immunity to several strains. Much like covid we are not going to make 50 different vaccine for each variant.
What effective vaccine needs a booster every 6 months ? All you all dimb as--s who think your better than the non vaxed will soon be considered unvaccinated unless you get a booster. Then what ? You gonna keep taking boosters every 6 months like a slave ? They are ignoring natural immunity which has more longevity than the so called experimental clot shot. If win decides to mandate it with a deadline of dec 8 then they will lose alot of workers as im betting only about 60% of the company got the experimental vaccine.
Not a bad idea.. or go to work for the post office, house of representatives or senate

I just had a newborn baby. I am not going into an office full of unvaccinated mo--ns making a political statement and risk bringing covid back to my baby. People are blinded by spite and dont realize how dangerous they are to others

Ya know, as a recent regular poster here as far as the vax mandate and Windstream. I have VERY mixed emotions. Sure everyone is loaded to the MaXXX as far as work load goes. Sure there are certain things that we must hold ourselves to. I, for one, am not vaxxed, I have had a antibody test done.. I'm high risk.. and still I am quite willing to lose my job over not letting a tyrannical government TELL me i MUST do something. I love my job here at Windstream. TT's comments to what he will abide by is a carbon copy of what the CDC has set forth... or the labor board. I hold no ill will towards him for that.. I won't mention other things that Windstream is going though that he has had direct control over that I do not agree with. YOU as the individual must make your choice. If you're here, you're looking either to troll or to figure out if you're in the majority or not. As am I. Yea there are a LOT of conflicting terms from our 'nations doctor' and the CDC. Look to England and their reports for a more accurate synopsis as to the numbers of who is hospitalized that are fully vaxxed compared to who is not. The numbers are pretty equal until it comes to death rates.. check the doc and you'll see for yourself. The doc is titled Public Health England SARS-Cov2 Variants Technical briefing 23 released on September 17 2021.
Long rant short.. you do YOU. Only you know what is best for your body. Only you know what is best for you and your family.
I know what is best for me.. and that will be to PASS. I am willing to accept the consequences for my actions. If you have family that can not survive without the income.. then you need to factor that in to your decision. If you're a single guy like me and can survive for a long time without income.. then that might have to do with my outlook.
I suppose that the demand I do something has a lot to do with my decision. I may very well have done the vax after it was given some time to be proven. I'm quite willing to accept a consequence of death to preserve the ideals of the nation. The presidents administration made my decision for me. Excluding the numbers for the aforementioned document of course. That would turn me against vax as well.
Ya know.. I was vaxxed against hep A and B some years ago.. and asked for the spec sheets on the vax.. was told it was un-available at the time. Next visit asked for the docs. I was presented the doc at that time. Guess what. I found the vax from the manufacturer clearly stated they were not tested for their carcinogenic properties. I'm like... GREAT.. you have all the lab rats, dogs.. bats.. etc available to you and you can't test for that??? The manufacturer was merck if you're curious.

Certainly seems that a regular commenter here as far as the vax mandates go has been making regular comments.. mostly pro vax. Let us hope that your IP address can not be traced to your source. Heed the warning.
1) Covid has a median death rate of only 0.26%, so why should we take ANY risk on an experimental mRNA vaccine with no long term testing to prove its safety? 2) Why not give support to the 0.26% of people actually at risk from dying due to Covid instead of spending billions of dollars on Big Pharma producing a rushed vaccine that you plan to force on the 99.7% of people who are not at risk?3) In majority vaccinated countries like Israel, over 60% of covid hospitalizations are fully vaccinated people. The exponential rise of fully vaccinated patients in multiple nations suggests that the vaccines do not work. Why should we take a vaccine that has been proven not to be effective?4) If you believe the vaccines actually do work despite all evidence to the contrary, then why should vaccinated people fear anything from unvaccinated people? How are we a threat to them?5) If the vaccines don’t work, then doesn’t this mean the mandates are pointless and the people that are most safe are the people with natural immunity? Shouldn’t we be applauding the naturally immune and encouraging treatment instead of useless vaccination?6) Since the vaccines actually don’t work according to the data.Why the vitriolic propaganda campaign to label Ivermectin nothing more than “horse paste” when it is actually a long used Nobel Prize winning treatment for human ailments? Is it because the experimental covid vaccines would lose their emergency authorization status under the FDA if effective treatments exist?7) Why are government funded scientists so keen on defending Big Pharma to the point of ignoring all data that contradicts their claims?8) Who decided you are qualified to determine what constitutes the “greater good?”
It will satisfy me greatly to let the sheep step up and get their endless vaccinations. Ill donate mine to the cause
The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work. OSHA will issue an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) to implement this requirement. This requirement will impact over 80 million workers in private sector businesses with 100+ employees.
The mandate is needed because too many uncaring, selfish knuckleheads won't get the shot. Anyway, it gives companies an easy way to get rid of intellectually challenged employees.
Dec. 8 is the deadline. "Still studying". OSHA has no rule in place and they don't appear to be working on it. PedoJoe's threats are pushing lot of people out of work. Executive branch has no lawmaking power. OSHA isn't working on a plan. Might be a tough couple of weeks/months for those that comply. No, you won't get any more $$$ once the "undesirable", non compliant workers get the boot. Just more work while training the new sheeple.
