This lawsuit highlights how people like a CFO can weild unmitigatedbpower with zero checks and balances.

Sounds like the new one needs to catch up on Avaya history to understand that all eyes are watching.

Some things never change.

See "Whistleblower" report within legal filing. Whistleblower knew they had no path to report within b/c the 4 *bully execs
Yet but not* 2 execs were named? That's because the lawsuit dropped Avaya due to BK ..& the 2 named were no longer with Avaya.
So the additional 2 included Shah & JC's right hand man (who is still with Avaya).

Which is why people still feel they are witchhunted and don't feel safe to report

So when is posting the truth inappropriate? If Avaya’s messaging is lies, then kudos to those posting the truth. Masarek is synonymous with liar.

Batmans inappropriate posting as if HE was the voice of Avaya official messaging will never cease to have negative repercussions.

It's baffling that Shah (responsible for internal controls) and Masarek (who is quoted in suit for making misleading statements) are not named in the actual lawsuit. And the Board of Directors.
It smells funny.
Like it's a lawsuit that Shah/Masarek set up to insulate themselves

Having nightmarish flashbacks to observing the evangel__sheeets post their overly confident babble and knowing full well they were bordering securities violations and no one at Avaya was muzzling them. It's both painful and satisfying to see their ignorant posts resurface.

Also, reading the dates of the emails of the Finance leaders begging C Suite to correct the wrongs in the forecast ("impossible to achieve") and re reading posts on layoff around that time where the army came after anyone who spoke up.
Shame on many who attacked those brave enough to do the right thing.

"The Company would eventually enter bankruptcy in February 2023, although not before investors took Masarek’s assurances to heart and continued to invest in a rapidly declining company."

Masarek took the torch from Chirico and McGrath by participating "in multiple interviews and gave several public statements acknowledging the issues at
Avaya while also emphasizing the Company’s bright future even in the face of poor financial results".

Masarek collects millions even though he knowingly misled investors and employees.

His actions tell the truth, not his words.

Masarek is the worst of them all, the others may be snakes, but AM misled everyone and then cashed in on his betrayal. The GOAT of backstabbers.
