Thread regarding MetLife Inc. layoffs

It's important to view MetLife as a paycheck and just that

Have a true purpose outside of this sc-mmy place. It will give you peace of mind and keep you going on what truly matters. To focus your energy on the mess that is MetLife, in the hopes that some day, the management and the culture will get better, is a losing battle and robs you of joy. MetLife is not a high performance organization and never will be under the current leadership. It's not worth their attempt at psychological warfare impacting your mental health.

Good advice by @5rdv+1vG2CInU.

@1ymm+1vRubA8v probably not HR. They occasionally post about people on here are spreading false narratives and stirring up drama. If HR and leadership handled internal feedback with true honesty and integrity, there would be no need for anyone to post on here.

It's an ok post and sound advice. But, it feels intended to distract from other discussions. HR, is that you?

Airing feelings is also part of mental health.

Most people here aren't trying to fix the corporation. Just talking about stuff that relates in some way to work.
