That sums it up perfectly. If you want to get more money, get interviewing, and go work for an employer who treats their staff well. If you stay at DXC, the only thing you're going to get is laid off- the only question is when. There are plenty of better employers out there - go work for one of them. Having DXC on your CV will not stop you getting a better role elsewhere.

I'd love for us to get raises, but honestly, you still think they are coming? He just committed for his team of operators to take out a lot of cost. Raises wont figure into the operators plans im afraid.

Uk it’s now august. Pay rise promised July… then august still not happened. Other good companies are handing our across the board £600-2000 cost of living increases.
Michael always delivers that was promised and some more! (for the execs)

The only thing that’s being raised is the number of staff being laid off.
Mr Shouty has promised savings of £500M. He won’t get that by giving out more money.
You want a raise? Get interviewing - go work for a company that values you, instead of one that exploits you.
