Looks like things are blowing up. They are looking for all sorts of Reps( Auto,LDU, Casualty) to work nights and weekends for CAT Pay. Maybe Tom and Glenn can handle some claims this weekend. Nice mess they created.

Nat gen started with our MD adjusters....casualty claims starts this week. Hired 4 more casualty adjusters
I CALCULATED CAT duty = $10/hr. Also taxed at higher rate as bonus pay. Get a side job instead
If you do any CAT duty make sure you keep an eye on your paycheck, they often “forget” to put it in there, note that it usually takes about a month to actually get paid for it. I’m poor and work a lot of CAT duty.
Pay a competitive wage? Allstate is too cheap to raise the labor rate in auto to a proper number!!
Frankly, I'm surprised they're paying. This is a FIRST. I've been here a long time. They used to call it a "work party" and all you got was food.

What a joke! I worked 20 extra claims 3 weeks ago and got paid en extra $90 bucks after taxes!!! NOT WORTH IT!!!! Allstate is cheap AF
Sad that adjusters have worked tons of CAT duty voluntarily for months. This company is being run by inept leadership. It’s gonna take years to fix. India can’t save them now. Those folks are really hurting and didn’t know how to do Allstate claims anyway. Sad all around as more adjusters leave for better opps and Allstate continues their bs. Glenn and Tom need to go. Allstate culture sucks. CAT pay should last through the end of the year.
Not worth the money. Working additional claims only means more angry customers, shops, and agents. Allstate got into this mess not the adjusters.

they should try paying a competitive wage
They have too much executive stuff to do to handle that cr-p
They will be too busy out in their yacht or at business dinners to do anything like that.
