Thread regarding CenturyLink layoffs

What is a successful manager for them anyway?

I don't understand how some people here got to the position of manager, and especially I don't understand how they stay in that position. It is less and less clear to me how their work is evaluated here. Colleagues who were some of the best employees and who found a job in another company very easily, left mostly because of the manager. That manager is still here.

you cant put names here anymore but the managers of certain areas such as San Antonio and El Paso are infamous for their unprofessional abilities and they came from Level3

@1xnf+1daFU1kI I've noticed that some posts that are se-ual in nature sometimes get deleted too. Mine did the other day and I only now realized what had happened.

Inept managers will always follow orders without question. They are just figure heads who push the same old issues, get more done with less, lie to your staff about EVERYTHING and oh yes, make sure to make them feel replaceable at least once a day.
