The Chief has determined ECIO has too many issues and now has issued a mandate to close 70% of issues by end of Q1! Doesn’t matter how, just close 70% of issues! Can’t make this stuff up. They are calling it Operation Car Wash. Regulators will have a field day!

Employees are about to find out about this stick and carrot approach.
There were never any phukkking carrots.
A long journey? how about never ending?
Leadership is AWoL
Sc--w the bonus! Should be more like you don’t hold your leaders accountable you don’t HAVE a JOB!
Need a new CEO & CIO, current ones are ineffective.
What better way to close the gaps than tying Risk and Compliance goals to our annual incentives. Goals not met? No bueno: you don't get your bonus!

I hope you are able to address the issues, implement the corrective actions and ensure sustainablility. It will be a long journey to get things up and running but well worth the final results. What you learn along the way will be priceless. Good luck!
Sounds like incentive manipulation...
Within our department, we have been allocated additional funding to enhance our resources and address issues that have been neglected for several years. Our team members are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to finally engage in this work and resolve these matters, as we are the primary stakeholders in their resolution.
I foresee the closure of a lot of medium and low rated issues only to have them combined into fewer high rated issues in order to cut down on the volume of issues and to come close to the 70% goal. Congratulations will be given to ECIO for “accomplishing so much in so little time” without consideration for the bigger mess that has been made.
The board is complicit with what’s happening because they have allowed it and no one has been fired over this.
There is a lack of accountability across The Board
Let that sink in
The leader of ECIO is a pathetic excuse for a human being. People are hurting, scared, stressed out, and many have lost their jobs - but let’s hear more about her d-mb affinity for her shoe collection.
As a 20 year Member and Veteran - the company is morally bankrupt. The "never served” CEO has destroyed employee culture and morale. I couldn’t wait to leave that place.
The board will probably give EMG a bonus
