From what I have heard he was regarded as an excellent Sears executive, and a GREAT Allstate CFO, but now a mediocre CEO.

Tim has been with Allstate since 1995... How the he-l did he run it into the ground when it was the Kmart merger in the 2000s and 2008 economic downturn that was actually responsible...
