Yes, I am taking my FY24 goal setting very seriously.
Here is what I have put in WorkDay:-
(1) Do online trainings on company time
(2) Do the bare minimum and do not be on the system for more than 7.5 hours/day
(3) Actively search for jobs
(4) Ignore town halls
(5) Take up a side job if possible to augment income, as DXC is not going to do any raise
(6) Be active on this forum

My manager hasn't yet approved the KRAs, but that is most likely because he is not going to take look at these before March 2024 when the ritual end-of-year discussion would take place.

Please work on getting your goals ready for FY24. This is definitely needed for next year's salary reviews.

You people are crazy, you know how DXC operates, and you still stay. Why should they give you merit pay increases as you work more hours as they layoff or send jobs offshore and they get you cheaper each year.

If you then find another job, if not shut up as your being paid fairly.

Me I stayed. a few years longer than I should have , but my job was easy. Not on call , only worked 8 - 10 hour shifts, lots of vacation time anytime I wanted it,

The very least they could do at this point is offer us enhanced VR!!!
