The Bank severance does not apply to Bank IT as it was re-organized to be part of ECIO and you are no longer technically a Bank Employee. Check the company on your paystubs, you'll see what I mean.

So the play will be a 2-step, reorg from Bank to Enterprise, then lay off

Bank still shows 12 months. Not sure where yall are looking.

Connect > A-Z Index > S > Severance Process & Related Benefits > Scroll down to "What transition assistance does USAA provide? " > Under the section that says: USAA Bank Affiliated Plan

Also just want to point out that only some of AML falls under Bank. I believe most of the AML falls under ERC which does not get the 52 week severance package. That was one of the things I looked into before moving to Fraud

So you just move those you do not want to honestly pay the bank severance elsewhere. Or you force those you want out with phoney PIPs or harassment.

I can confirm. I just looked at the A-Z index and went to S and found the severance article. It says in big bold letters about have way down, bank employees receive 12 months of severance pay.

The bank still receives 52 weeks. The go link was disabled, and the severance policy moved to the HR website, but it is very clearly still the same.

AML has been dead for years and the only reason fraud exists is because the banks own incompetence, both dead weight arenas in banking anyway once they start automating it.

I also heard earlier in the day about the severance pay changing for bank employees, I just went to A-Z index, then “S” and there’s the link for severance pay and it no longer states that bank employees get 12 months of pay.

What is the go site? The old one that showed the 12 months for bank stopped working several months ago, around the time we dropped Salesforce. Ive been looking for an updated site and could never find one. I did find one from 2021, but nothing newer then that. I too was under the impression due to the consent order 12 months would apply until 2025 or later.

Fraud should be ok since there’s a never ending supply of new ways.

I thought the same thing, but if you look at the severance site, it no longer has 12 months for bank employees, it now states 2 weeks for every year of service.

What do you mean no longer doing 12 months severance ? By law they have to until consent order is over (2025 at least is my guess)

AML is getting automated in some sections… if you’re in AML… seek an alternative option NOW. It’s getting implemented in 2025 so you’ll be notified in a quarter or two.

Now that bank is no longer doing 12 months of severance pay, I expect a massive layoff around April/May timeframe, probably AML along with digital and retail payments.
